Shipments
We currently charge £5 per item for delivery, this helps towards the postage cost itself, and the packaging materials needed to get your products to you safely. For orders inside the UK mainland we aim to dispatch within 7-14 days in busy peek periods like spring and summer. If it's a large order over 10 planters it may take longer. Out of season between September and January we aim to dispatch within a week. We currently use 24h APC Overnight UK to send most products, so when we dispatch your order it should be delivered the next day.
Orders outside UK mainland may be cancelled unless another delivery fee is paid. Please contact us before ordering.
If your item is large and requires a pallet delivery you will need to provide a phone number for the delivery driver as it will need to be singed for.
Please Use Correct Address Information
When you fill out your delivery information please make sure you do it correctly so that we can get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. If you give us the incorrect information please inform us before we send it. If you give us the incorrect delivery information we are not liable for the damages. We will try to retrieve the item and if we are successful we will either re-send or restock.
If You Are On Holiday
If you will not be able to accept the delivery for a certain period of time then please inform us so that we can send your items later.
Returns
If your item is defected or is not as described then please contact us within 14 days of delivery so that we can solve the issue. We may ask you to provide evidence of the defect via photographs. We strive to provide great customer service and the best products.
To return your item you will have to organise and pay for your own courier. When we receive the item back we will reimburse you providing you have chosen a suitably priced courier such as Parcel Force, Royal Mail or Hermes.
If you have changed your mind after receiving the item you can return it to us but we will not reimburse your courier fee.
If you return your item via courier and it gets lost in transit we are not responsible or liable. You will have to seek reimbursement from the courier directly.

If your purchase has not been delivered then please contact us within 14 days of supposed delivery date so that we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for absent deliveries after this time but we will still try to help.
